The QuadTemp is a four channel thermocouple temperature data logger with a reading rate of up to 4Hz. It can measure and record data for up to 500,000 readings per channel. To maximize memory capacity, users can disable unused channels to add additional memory onto enabled channels. For easy identification, each channel can be named with up to a ten digit title. In addition, the QuadTemp features individual cold junction compensation for each channel providing increased accuracy and response time, and if a probe is removed or severed during logging, the software automatically annotates the data. The QuadTemp is ideal for a variety of applications, whether it is remote temperature monitoring, or multiple points in a central location. Data from all channels is simultaneously logged. After the monitoring cycle is complete, data can be downloaded for analysis. The QuadTemp comes with a wall mounted 120VAC/9VDC power adapter. Note: European customers should choose the QuadTemp-EU model under the ordering information. This model includes a wall mounted 230VAC@50Hz/9VDC power adapter.

The QuadThermoVault is a four channel thermally insulated, battery powered, oven temperature data logger able to withstand extreme temperatures. It can withstand oven temperatures of up to 662ºF for up to 25 minutes when properly sealed. Its stainless steel enclosure and thermal properties lend itself to be the ideal temperature data recorder for applications such as powder coating cure ovens, wet coating cure ovens, batch ovens and conveyor ovens. The external thermocouple probes provide accurate temperature measurements with fast response times. Our user-friendly software easily downloads the data to a computer, where the readings may be displayed in degrees Celsius, degrees Fahrenheit, Kelvin or Rankine. The software allows the user to view all data points or a range of data points and a summary of the data being viewed for calculations such as Mean Kinetic Temperature (MKT). If additional analysis of the data needs to be performed, the data can be easily exported to Excel® by simply clicking a button. (72" type K thermocouples and AC power supply included)

MadgeTech’s RFOT is the most advanced wireless temperature data logger in the meat industry today. The RFOT’s rugged design, equipped with a flexible piercing probe allows it to be used in the harshest environments. It is perfectly suited for smoke houses, ovens and other cooking processes up to 212°F (100°C) as well as refrigerators and freezers down to -4°F (-20°C). It is completely splash proof and can withstand wash down cycles. This state-of-the-art device records and transmits internal product temperature readings back to a central computer for instant real-time monitoring. The RFOT never needs to be connected to a computer as it has been designed for two way wireless communication. Full communication can be performed directly from a central PC. In addition to wirelessly transmitting data, the RFOT also stores each reading to internal memory for backup. This backup data may be retrieved wirelessly at a later time. MadgeTech’s easy to use software features user programmable critical control points, called “cooling flags” to assist in compliance with USDA Appendix B. The “cooling flags” are automatically annotated on the graph and tabular data views. The...
