The ETR101A is a complete Exhaust Temperature Profiling Kit designed to profile the exhaust temperature of on-road vehicles and off-road equipment, including tractor trailers, buses, trucks over 14,000 lbs., waste water vehicles, and sweepers. The ETR101A kit comes assembled and includes a data logger, temperature sensor (thermocouple type K), weatherproof enclosure, USB data logger interface cable (IFC200), hex screwdriver and software. Setup is fast and easy. The data logger, which is contained within the water resistant enclosure, is mounted to the vehicle. Using the MadgeTech software, the logger is programmed to record for a set period, generally three to five days. Data is stored in the data logger, and is downloadable at any time via a pc or laptop computer. The complete temperature profile is then provided to the diesel particulate filter (DPF) manufacturer, aiding in the selection of the correct DPF for the exhaust system. Many DPF manufacturers, including Donaldson Corp., recommend the use of temperature profiling equipment, such as the MadgeTech ETR101A, to aid in the selection of the appropriate diesel particulate filter.

The HiTemp140-PT-TSK is a kit that includes a HiTemp140-PT data logger housed in a thermal shield. The combined features of the data loggers +/-0.1°C accuracy and the properties of the durable thermal shield allow the device to be used for a wide range of validation applications. The built in 24” RTD probe can be bent or spiraled in any direction, making it easy to log temperatures in hard to reach places. This rugged data logger system can be placed in and withstand temperatures from -200°C to 250°C, making it ideal for use in autoclave validation, monitoring food processing and dishwasher testing. Using the MadgeTech software, the data logger is fast and easy to setup. Remove the thermal shield and place the HiTemp140-PT into the IFC400 docking station (sold separately). Using the software, an immediate or delay start can be chosen, as well as the reading rate. Select Start to program the settings and start the data logger. Place the thermal shield around the HiTemp140-PT data logger and screw it back together. The device is ready to be deployed. The HiTemp150-PT-TSK is a kit that includes a HiTemp150-PT temperature data logger enclosed in a thermal shield. This durable system can withstand temperatures up to 250°C. The thermal shield can be easily removed from the HiTemp150-PT, so it may be used as a standalone data logger also. Installing the data logger back into the thermal shield is simple, just open the enclosure, thread the probe through the end cap and fasten the thermal barrier together. The HiTemp150-PT-TSK is submersible and has a 24” flexible, stainless steel probe. The probe is durable and can be spiraled, bent or angled in any direction, making it easy to log temperatures within bottles, vials or other hard to reach places. The device can be started and stopped directly from a computer and the HiTemp150-PT-TSK’s compact design and ultra flexible probe allows it to fit almost anywhere. The MadgeTech software allows users to view the data in graph and summary views and print professional reports.

The HiTemp150-TSK is a kit that includes a HiTemp150 data logger and thermal shield. This durable system can withstand temperatures up to 250°C (482°F). The device is easy to use, simply activate the logger, open the enclosure, insert the HiTemp150, thread the probe through the end cap and latch it back onto the barrier body. The system is then ready to use. The HiTemp150-TSK is built for applications that require extreme temperature monitoring, such as peanut roasting and food processing.

The HiTemp150FP-TSK is a temperature data logging system that includes a HiTemp150FP temperature data logger and thermal shield. This durable system can withstand temperatures up to 250°C (482°F). The device is easy to use, simply activate the data logger and place in the monitoring area. This device’s high memory capacity allows it to measure and record data and hold up to 32,767 readings. When monitoring is complete, data can be downloaded to a computer for analysis and record keeping. The HiTemp150FP-TSK is built for applications that require extreme temperature monitoring, such as with food and meat processing. It can be run through the entire cooking and cooling process to provide a thorough temperature profile for analysis.

The LF101A is a complete data logging system that accurately measures and records leaf wetness. Not only does it record the presence of water but also logs the amount of water on the sensor. The sensor responds to environments the same way a real leaf does and can also detect when ice is present. This low cost system comes complete with a data logger, weatherproof enclosure and leaf wetness sensor. The LF101A is ideal for plant disease forecasting, irrigation studies and monitoring frost cycles. It features a multiple start/stop function, ultra-high speed download capability, 1 million reading storage capacity, optional memory wrap, battery life indicator, optional password protection, programmable alarms and more. An IFC200 interface cable and software is required for use with the LF101A. The device can be started and stopped directly from a computer using the MadgeTech Software.

MadgeTechs LNDS, Liquid Nitrogen Data Logging System, is an ultra-low temperature measurement system created specifically for the monitoring of temperature sensitive substances that need to be preserved at cryogenic temperatures. The LNDS can be mounted to the top or outer of a cryo-shipper or freezer, and the probe sheath can be inserted into the tank. The user can then directly view the internal temperature through the LCD on the logger. Also, a variety of probe sizes are available. MadgeTechs LNDS is easily user programmable with pre-selected sample rates from between 2 seconds to 24 hours, and it features a programmable start time and date, up to six months in advance. The 8-button membrane keypad and large LCD provides the user with the ability to view the current reading, minimum, maximum, and average statistics, in real-time. The nonvolatile memory will retain data even if AC and battery power are lost. Also, the 9-volt battery it runs on is both user-replaceable and cost effective. The Liquid Nitrogen Monitoring System includes the TCTemp2000 data logger with thermocouple probe, and 9 volt AC wall mounted power adapter.
